The trunk carpet panel takes 4-6 im not 100% sure. The clips go across the back of the REAR headliner section (the leather piece in most cars) these clips get broken when you try to improperly remove the panel by prying it out. The correct way to remove the panel is to “bump” it toward the front of the car. It slides off the clips, then the clips rotate 90 degrees and come right out. To reinstall, you put the clips into the panel, slide the front of the panel on the headliner the push up and snap the clips into the body.
