All products are covered fully under Australian warranty as well to receive full local service and support. At a minimum our products comes with 12 months warranty. We will take care of warranties on your behalf.

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects during their warranty period. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier.

Should you receive an item that is DOA (dead on arrival) please inform us immediately and we will replace it.

Returns Policy

Please select the goods carefully prior to placing your order. Contact us via phone or email should you have any questions. A 7 days return policy is based on a change of mind, not suited or simply did not like it. Where goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. You are responsible for all postage costs. Should a warranty claim be required, you will return the item at your cost to us, and we will handle the return freight to you after repair or replacement.

Products returns should be considered as fragile in transit thus should be packed with their original packaging. dvdschnaeppchen shall have no liability for any damage caused during or as a result of transit. If in an event product a return is test with no-fault-found. dvdschnaeppchen reserves the right to charge a service fee and the non-faulty item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer due to a change of mind. The following term of conditions applies:

• No additional fees will be charged for cancellation of order that has not been processed
• We will charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the product value for orders that has been processed and shipped
• Please select your goods carefully prior placing order or request for information by placing a product inquiry before purchasing as we do not accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered, incompatible or unsuitable goods. Returns under this category will be at dvdschnaeppchen’s discretion and may attract a restocking fee of 15%.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received in good and resale-able condition. Please note that orders will only be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this has been done.
